Melbourne born Rapper and Producer
Donny Dank has a banana racking rat
living in his mic booth, but he doesn’t
mind because it keeps the mice out.
After tirelessly consuming copious ounces
of burn towns slightly above average
budlets, and cases of Barossa Valley
cleanskin Shiraz he has managed to
discharge his debut EP titled GODS GIFT.
Digging through many of Melbourne’s
opp shop bargain bins for cheap vinyl to
sample, and stealing folders of drum
breaks from Jase Beathedz Macbook,
Dank has produced a pretty fricken fresh
EP.
Donny Dank’s good mate K21 mixed
and mastered all the tracks, and
DJ Prospeks layed some killer cuts on the
first single WHO’S THAT. Dank reckons
his favourite tracks are DANK KID and
GODS GIFT, and doesn’t like CATCH
DANK that much, but put it on there
anyway.
